Savage has been all over the place on Iraq - no consistency.
Rush is concerned with the domestic politics of this, that's the context to some of his comments.

Rush is not one of my heroes. He's often silly, more often wrong, and is not someone any of us should be listening to form our opinions.
Too many people believe whatever Rush says is like the word of God or something.
I think he's an idiot much of the time, and refuse to support his drivel just because he appears to be conservative.
