I totally agree with you. Serving in the Army (or any branch of US Military Service) is nothing like hosting a radio show.

Rush is wrong. That wasn't what happened, and Bush's apology makes sense to me. The buck stops at the Commander-in-Chief's office, right after it stops with Rumsfeld.

What the result will be for the election remains to be seen, but Bush really had no choice here.
