I was one of those who said she liked Sean but felt he was too commercial. I do like him. I just wish he (or his staff) would regularly read FReeper posts before conducting interviews on certain issues, because I believe FReepers have a lot of great insight that would make his arguments "more nuanced" (I know, gag, but the folks on the left like that stuff) and less partisan-appearing.
And I am probably one of the few who also likes Colmes. He's wrong, but for the most part, he is respectful of his guests. As long as you know ahead of time that he will just parrot the DNC/Socialist line, and not expect him to think for himself, he is tolerable.

I have no idea of this particular subject concerning Sean, but I am one of those who do enjoy his show greatly and have read the book he wrote.
and I am ALSO one of those oddballs who likes Colmes too, DESPITE the fact that he relies too heavily on the Leftist point of view for his arguments. I'll never forget the night of 9/11 when both Sean and Alan spoke of their friendship with Barbara Olsen (I met her when she was promoting her first book here in Houston)...Sean was cool and grave, but Alan very broken up, and that really touched me! I don't know why it did...I guess I wasnt used to seeing a liberal express sorrow over someone who did not think the way he did. Anyhow, because of that moment, I have a soft spot for Alan Colmes.
Now if he would just stop letting the Leftist Lies sway his thinking!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sean, Alan, if you read this : YOU ARE FABULOUS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
