This is Clinton military and the product of social promotions.

We need more active duty troops though. Elminating social prommotions and not relying reserves so much would lower the probability of these kinds of acts happening.

I agree. Our reserves should be used strictly on American soil. Border control and disaster reliefe seem like a good role for them.
