Yeah, but I live in the mountains in Aptos. I dread the trips I have to take to Santa Cruz, and always procrastinate as long as I can.
We've had this property since 1970, back when you could still buy property. If we didn't have it, I never would have tried to stay here. And yes.....it's very beautiful.

I think it's lovely....this is true, but it is full of liberal nuts, including my kids that live there!!!!!!!!!!!!
