His religious background is a bit ambiguous. Mother Protestant, father, acc. to Obama, was agnostic, but his daddy, Barack's grandfather, was a muslim. Barack attended a Catholic school in Indonesia. His mother's second husband was a muslim. Barack says he is a member of the United Church of Christ, and attends services regularly.
