I agree. They don't know whether to promote Kerry as a Vietnam war hero, or to hope everybody forgets about the whole thing.

I am willing to bet there are FAR MORE Vets who resent what Kerry did when he came back from Vietnam than those who think he is a hero.

Then why do they KEEP putting his Vietnam pictures in those ads? HE is the one who keeps making it relevant!

As somebody said here today, it appears that Kerry has staked his run for president on FOUR MONTHS in Vietnam.

But the rules seem to be that HE can talk about Vietnam, but nobody else can question him or his actions.
