The Orthodox Church, 300 million peoples, never loose view of Islam or rhetorict of fight, as we Orthodox always on front line and often betrayed by Catholics and catholic offshot churchs.

I think its time for Christianity, as well as other non-Islamic faiths for that matter, to join ranks and face the common evil and threat that threatens all of us.

Today Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Animists, you name it, have rejected the use of force to convert other people as an acceptable proselytizing method. We have rejected the use of the state to impose religious rules on all peoples.

Yet these are the VERY ESSENCE of Islam. They were at its inception and continue to be right up until now.

And yes, the Orthodox Christian Church, more than any other, has frequently been at the point of Islam's sword - in the Balkans, in the Middle East, in Ukraine and in southern Russia.
