LOL!!! Personally, I would have not taken him to any hospital. I would have placed him in a holding cell, and let nature take it course. He did wish to die. So what if it took days rather than nanoseconds.
Nope, give him all the care modern western medicine can provide. Nurse him back to health. Then pump him for all the intelligence he can provide.
