You would have to spend a year in Israel going through the process of Aliyah. You would go to school to learn Hebrew and probably work on a Kibbutz, in the kitchen or fields or whatever you have a skill doing.
But if you just decided to go and could get a sponsor, yes, you could go on a visa and help out.
