I just went to the guy's web site and tried his tip to reduce M$ W98SE swap file thrashing. Seems to work for me (much less disk activity and a swap file ~ 1/2 the size).
Add "ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1" in the [enh386] section of sys.ini, save and reboot.
