this is not correct, sorry. the socialist structure is founded on TWO classes, the elite, and the proles.
if there is denial, it is the lumping together of "everyone else" into the prole class. this is done not because there is no true strata, but for purposes of control. socialists say there is no differences but that is to use the poor to neutralize the middle class and prevent these from challenging the elite. one need only observe the elite as they go to the opera and emphasize how "artistic" they are, or at least how "appreciative" they are of the highbrow arts, all as they exude contempt for the culture of us commoners...
the truth is that i find this article, forgive me, extremely "elitist" -- believe me, "IQ" is very much overrated, and is the true achilles heel of socialism. i know a *LOT* of "intelligent" people IQ wise and i find many/most of them to be fools in many areas.
i've worked with many "so called" underclass people who have scored very poorly on IQ tests and are none-the-less astonishingly advanced (far beyond the so called IQ elite) in other areas, particularly in creativity.
in my humble opinion, if you buy into this article, you are actually buying into the main principle of socialism, which is seldom stated (except by conservative intellectuals like James Burnham or Frederic Hayek)
socialism depends on accepting the premise that the socialist elite, since they are smarter than us (or better trained), have a "self evident" right to lead us...
