I don'y buy the premise of the article at all. I believe the gene pool is too diverse to allow hard stratification.

If there is a stratification occuring it is in the dumbing down of students with respect to classical Western thought. Kids today are systematically being denied their intellectual heritage and history. In short many of them don't know how to think, which plays in to the hands of the Hillary Clintons of the world who are CERTAIN that THEY can do all the thinking that is neccessary for society.
