"senior administration officials"
This could mean anybody - State dept, Pentagon, anybody from any of the major depts. Even CIA or FBI.

I think Novak said it did not come from the WH. Which means it would not have come from Cheney's office. Wilson is guessing.

Kristol has been a real irritant lately .. about a lot of things.
This latest "the admin panicked" is outrageous.
Maybe Kristol needs to get a dose of reality.

"tossing out names of those he suspects"
Doesn't that idiot know he can be sued for "false accusations". He better be careful. He's going to accuse the wrong person and find himself in a world of hurt, and an empty pocketbook.

"it's May sweeps"
Jim Pinkerton of NewsWatch said the name of an ABC executive who made this statement, "we weren't aware it was sweeps week". Jim made the appropriate comment about the statement.
This is why I was upset about the Niteline program and why I am confident it was done on purpose to boost their numbers, and to bash Bush at the same time.

I heard Chris make a statement earlier in the week - "we're going to set things straight, that's what we do here".

Plus, the location for the memorial - the San Jose Rose Gardens - is one of the most beautiful. I've driven by it many, many times.

I don't think so .. when the President had his last news conference CNN posted 1.5 mil watchers, and FOX had 5 mil watchers. Those who want to know the truth - watch FOX.

She's already been dismissed.
But .. I agree .. I think we need to do some checking - I agree careers will be lost over this - and I believe the President will make sure of it.

I don't think it was a coincidence that this guy was from the National Guard. It was just another way of trying to disparage the President. The dems are so pitiful.
However .. isn't it against military rules for him to get on the radio and diss the CIC ..?? I know there was a big stink about it when Clinton was in office.
Using this soldier is just outrageous.

The weird part is the dems keep trying to distance themselves from Kerry's anti-war activities, and here they are encouraging another soldier to become a traitor to his country.
Just another reason why you cannot trust the democrats with National Security.

"what can be done"
Why can't they say what's already being done - a general has been relieved of command and 6 people have already been arrested. And .. I think Myers said there were more to come, and that careers were going to end over this.

You made good points about using that soldier from the National Guard AND how the left is trying to distance themselves from Kerry's anti-war activities and yet here they are again!

Raised in democrat household myself, my grand awakening was the Reagan presidency when I realized it didn't have to be that way and I still hold that man in the highest esteem.
