I suggest you read up on RogerFGay. He has written some good articles about the government and their underhanded sources of revenue.

Hey Roger? Send this guy some links, but please provide a bit of backround...if you know what I mean?

We do do what our parents did. My eldest is in the Navy and shacking up with jailbait. I can't do anything about it other than turn him in to his CO. (No!)

What are her parents thinking letting her move in with a sailor when she's still in high school? It makes me grayer all the time.

My oldest girls lived in fear of their father. Screwing up in school would have made things worse. The two younger ones unfortunately are used as tools. Their father buys cigarettes for the boy. I can count on one hand the times I have whooped the 9 yr old's butt in the last 3 years. They were last ditch moments. I usually ground her. She has a mean mouth and has been "diagnosed" with clinical depression by the school psychologist.

The problem is the mixed messages that girls get. The media and the schools encourage them to "act out and empower themselves", but that as we know, is not good for their psyche.

What these kids need are horses and a couple of million acres to run off their frustrations.

Sounds like you've got a bad situation.

You're talking horses...

Do you know about 4-H?

It's done loads of good for Caitlin!

LMK if you would like a hook-up!

Child Protective Services is motivated to go after families who can pay large child support payments, and ignore families who can't. They do not base their decisions on the actual situation. I live in New Jersey, where that couple starved their foster children. I forget how many, if any, died, but there was a 19 year old who weighed something like 40 pounds! The case workers kept ignoring the situation, and filing false reports stating that everything was just fine. About the same time, my son ran away from home a couple weeks before his 17th birthday. He was staying with friends 2 blocks away, because our rules were too oppressive. We were working with the parents to convince him to come back home. The day he decided to come home, Division of Youth & Family Services (DYFS) picked him up and put him in a group home, because they claimed he was homeless and I had abandoned him. It went through the court system, and the judge saw through their scheme. He ordered my son returned to me, ordered that I did not have to pay DYFS any money, and declared that I was not guilty of any crime. That was 1998. I'm still fighting DYFS to force them to ammend their records to reflect the court rulings. They have me listed as guilty of child abandonment, child neglect, and lack of supervision. It's all about the money.

Used to be able to count on the girl's parents to control their children. Is this girl other than white? Some cultures don't see anything wrong with their daughters becoming a "wife" at a teenage age :-(

Don't turn him in. Supply him with lots of condoms. Have you talked to this girl's parents? Come up with a pre-nup(doesn't have to be real-just enough to scare the pants off of them, considering they're probably ignorant as sin and crafty as hell), and watch Lolita haul her ass outta there :-)

I can just guess what nationality this girl is. My mom's caregivers were Phillipinas. I took my kids over to see my mom right after I picked them up from school one day. My son was ROTC at the time, and was wearing his uniform, and their eyes lit up. Next thing you know, they're talking about hooking him up with pen pals. A 9 yr old girl and a 15 yr old boy? He dropped out of ROTC and I think it was more about that than all the push ups. You have my sympathies.

From puberty til about 19 boys (can't speak for girls) are brain damaged. It it reversable if you don't kill them first). My 22 y/o (the youngest and the hell raiser) apologized for how he had acted when he was younger the other day and that he was ashamed. I told another freeper that I hope he wasn't expecting a "you weren't that bad" Hang in there. This will pass. That sweet little child that turned into that 12 y/o horror will show back up again. Prayers and time

They are hispanic trash and want to unload their daughter who apparently has hot pants for anything in a uniform.

I already verbally b*tch slapped him about birth-control and throwing his life down the sewer over a POA. I'm not going to turn him in but I could wring his neck. He wasn't raised that way and I hate to see him throw away all those young years because he's gettin' some. I also told him to stand over her everyday and make sure she takes those pills.

I also told him to ship her cute little ass back home and DATE for crying out loud. Of course she thinks he walks on water; he's 21 and she's 17.

Yeah It's no fun being a teenager...less fun being a parent of one. I received an apology from my now 21 yr old daughter, who now has a child of her own. She actually wasn't that bad.

First it started with fines to be paid for crimes that involved incareration. For those that could pay, they were out of jail. For those that could not, they stayed.

Then it is progressing now that jailees must pay their own room and board, not by working, but having their own families sued for their support.

Does this remind anyone of debtors prisons that out founding fathers fled from?

They're looking to cash in on your son's benefits. 17 and 21 are the ages that my second oldest and her bf were when they met. They're still together and now have a child. My grand baby. She just quit her job(I know people up there, he fought with her tooth and nail about working until she couldn't stand it anymore-deja vu), which is a shame because her bf is a know it all and just got fired from his 5th job since they met. He has a trade. I loaned them money I didn't have for them to pay their rent at Christmas. I will never see that again.

Does he not understand that bc pills don't work if you spit them out when his back is turned? I can say the same for holes poked into diaphragms and condoms :/ www.deltabravo.net Arm yourself with knowledge. I would do a mind f*ck on them. Your son won't appreciate it now, but maybe he will if he reads some of the horror stories posted on the site I posted. Good luck to you.

My kids are holy terrors, like their family before them. Mix Native American with Irish and look out.

An excellent idea, particularly if in 'public'. The punishment would impact the offender, and humiliate him.

I completely agree. That's what I had in mind: put him in stocks somewhere near his school.

Discipline begins in the home. When we are prevented from doing what we're supposed to do, this the end result. My son is slowly maturing, but still has his anger management issues. Kids shouldn't be arrested for fireworks, or fistfights that don't result in injury. Make them scrub out all the school trash cans, or something.

You're absolutely right. I have never believed that juvenile hall is effective rehabilitation.

Yes, a child should be put in stocks near his school as soon as murderers condemned to death are hanged in the the public square.

Oh, I know it! Unfortunaltely, he is a slacker (you hate to say that about your own son) and has been looking for a quick fix to get out of the Navy that I begged him not to go into in the first place.

I hauled him off to colleges to talk to the ROTC guys but he decided to go enlisted.

Best of luck to your daughter, been there done that with the getting brow-beaten about working. I'm off to read your link.

Little girlfriend strikes me as a coniving little shrew who is looking to cash that check. I told him I don't need grandmahood yet and he needs to put a face on his future and think beyond his peter.
