Psychopaths are actually kind of interesting. I attended a conference (before the Clinton election) where a psychiatrist was expressing alarm about the increased number of psychopaths in American society.

He described psychopaths as people who have no conscience. Most people envision an axe-murderer or something. But they are often executives in corporations, and well-liked leaders of the community. They are usually surrounded by turmoil. There are often all kinds of scandals going on around them, but it's difficult to find the origin of the issues.

They are adept liars. They grow up lying about every-day things around them, and usually manage to deceive even their own families about what they are like. They can often manage to have several personnas, completely different.

When Clinton hit the national scene, I dusted off my notes from this conference. Bingo!

The gist of the words should be true, though, since that is essentially what the RAT's are most often saying. If you tell the truth about them - you are cruel and partisan. If they lie, break the law, rape, muder or steal - they accuse their accusers of the crimes instead. They deal in left-speak and subversion. All they say is a lie by virtue of it's inherent intent to distort, conceal and misinform.
