To: Triple Word Score
Who has had custody of the text of the Bible since it was handed to humans? Who translated it?

Yes, we all know their have been translation errors, but for the most part they are minor.

It's illogical (at least to me) to pray to a God who you trust to run the universe and reveal knowledge of it to you, and then think that He's not big enough to "guide" the delivery and translation of His Word to us.

Simply not logical thinking.

Well, "guide" is a very flexible and subjective term (not here by accident) but I would note that it is no more illogical to think that the Bible could be distorted via human translation than it is illogical to think Free Will exists in a Christian universe, the same Free Will via which the Bible ultimately channels...
