No matter how the Fallujeh situation gets resolved, the press is already reporting it as a U.S. military failure.....

When the drive to Baghdad was halted to allow our air power to devaste the Republican Guard Divisions, the press called that a military failure too.

What matters is not what the press says during the battle but the outcome of the battle.

Not sure I agree...especially not when the average voter gets his opinions from the press. If they continue to paint this as a miserable failure and fail to report the outcome with the same verve and vigor they show now, well...
