As if poor Musharaff didn't have enough to deal with. I very vaguely remember the serial killer mentioned in this. You see, we think serial killing is an "american" thing, done by "angry white men", but it happens all over. Remember that awful Russian case? Isn't he like the worst serial killer ever? And, IIRC, his victims were children too, at least many of them were.

I guess I could go to that serial killer website to confirm, but I was there once, way too creepy.
