What sort of odds are the bookmakers in Las Vegas putting on a domestic terrorist attack just before the November elections like the one in Spain?

Quite honestly, I would be completely surprised if we didn't have some sort of attack. I don't want to see it - but I believe it is inevitable.

The terrorists know that they have a friend in Kerry - he will shut down any legitimate efforts at fighting terrorism/WOT.
