Pardon me but you may be missing the gist of the story. No, what he said is true. There IS lots of stuff to buy in a Super Wal-Mart.

"after the body was found in the parking lot."Boy: Mommy! I see dead people!
Mom: That's it. No more Sixth Sense movies for you.

I subscribe to the magazine and it was the cover story for the April 19 issue.

You might try www.nationalreview.com and search the archives, Spotted Owl.
It never hurts to try and get all the facts before forming a judgement.
I admit that I shop at Walmart all the time.
For me, shopping at Walmart saves me time, money, gas and I don't have to run around to several different stores and pay higher prices for items that I can find at my neighborhood Walmart.
I buy high ticket items at their website and save substantially.
But, like I say, try and read the article and you may find a few myths about Walmart that are exposed as untrue or distorted.
On the other hand, I won't deny that they need to clean up their act on certain issues (and they are addressed in this NR cover story also).

I guess you're right. It's all about WalMart and I've gone mad.

"I boycotted Walmart after all their promotions of "made in the USA" proved false. Where I live now, there is no Walmart. When I move back in a couple of months, I will continue to boycott Walmart. I can shop the 99 cent stores, Big Lots, and Target." 99 Cent Stores, Big Lots, Target? Now THOSE people definitely sell "Made in the USA" products EXCLUSIVELY!
To: TommyDale
Ah, but those stores never came out and said they were selling American made merchandise. Big Lots is the worse. Last Easter, I actually bought this resin figurine of rabbits. Their bodies resembled sheepdogs, and they were galloping like horses. It's still proudly displayed. I don't think the ChiComs let their slaves out too often. They don't know what real rabbits look like.

I went to the site, but there was no way to search.
If you want to shop Walmart, that's your business. On the advice of my uncle, I took 2 freeways and bought a HP computer there in 2001. After the 6th hard drive crashed(it was finally out of warranty), I bought an Emachine at Best Buy.

Whatever.
It's a free country.
You're logic eludes me.
However, the library is right down the street.
So get off your perch, fly on over there and, with that excellent eyesight of yours, you can do your own damn research, bird brain.

Look, if you love Walmart that much, just go there and shop. You can find the same cheap crap at Big Lots, and the 99 cent store...not counting defective computers, but obviously you like the "Walmart experience".
How funny, because the library actually is down the street from me. I'm not going to do any research on Walmart. If you quote a source, it's proper etiquette to provide a link. I'm not going to hunt for it.
Please tell this little old bird brain that you don't go there to pick up chicks? Walmart, not the public library...
