Her radiogenic odyssey started in Seminole, Texas where she was a waitress in a Mexican restaurant to support her radio habit. She made it to New York, Dallas, and Milwaukee before settling in South Florida (WIOD-Miami) and currently West Palm Beach (WJNO).
Randi was also voted ‘Most Outstanding Woman’ in the Air Force in 1979 and won the American Women in Radio and Television Ward for ‘Best Entertainment Programming’. Randy Rhodes' incredible success must be the best-kept secret in the America media. I've never heard of him. I've never seen books written about him. I've never heard his name used in a popular fashion during Leno or Letterman or anywhere. I've heard of Rush Limbaugh, though.

I can't help but wonder why second-ran Limbaugh gets all the attention since everybody is listening to Randy Rhodes. That just doesn't make any sense. And why haven't I heard of Randy Rhodes?
