One of my thoughts on Hillary! running in 2004 is whether she really wants to inherit the war in Iraq and the War On Terror.

Good point, PJT. What do you make of her international travels? Didn't she recently make some very negative statements about the US to Al-Jazerra (sic)? Why does the junior senator from NY seem to travel so much internationally? Who does she meet and what do they discuss that has anything to do with her duties as the junior senator from NY? I know senators like their junkets but Hill does more than run up room service on her trips, of that I'm sure.

Personally, I think she's conspiring to undermine Kofi Annan and have Bill installed in his place. Isn't it odd that all the oil-for-food documents disappeared? Who's MO is that?

I know that people keep saying that a citizen of a member nation of the security council is not eligible for the Secretariat position, but the UN charter specifically states that there are no constraints of any kind on membership in any organ of the UN, including the Secretariat.
