How can they PROVE the person does not already have cd of any song or title?

They're not suing people for downloading music, they're suing people for sharing/uploading music. If I go to the store and buy a CD, I don't have the right to duplicate and resell it. Likewise, I don't have a right to turn it into mp3s and let the rest of the world download them.

Huh? Other than PBS, there is no government support of radio & TV stations, period. The stations are privately owned and aren't subsidized with tax dollars. The government gives them nothing.

Your comments lead me to believe that you don't know how the system works. Do you?
