There may be some facts, such as, "This contract had been given to a leading well know Construction Company in United States, namely Brown and Root...", or, "It is worth noting that the Sales Office of National Iranian Oil Company is and has been in London, England, since the events of 1979...", but there are many allegations in this that don't even have the RING of truth to them.
