What is the sense having the UN. This organization was founded on the priniciples of promoting world peace. They have Peacekeeper's who can't keep peace because they believe in non-aggression. If the UN did their job, upheld their obligations and dealt with Saddam sooner...I don't think we would be in Iraq right now. But again, the UN never has enough money for Peacekeeping...the US would be footing the bill,and providing our military but UNANNAN will be in command.
