Hoeffel with Rendell will beat Specter. Especially AFTER the way attack-dog team Specter demanded loyalty.

Here's what I told one of them. It was something he had told me back when we worked together. "You can't TELL people what their vote must. You can ASK for their vote, you can strongly SUGGEST they vote one way. But you can't DEMAND the vote, you can't TELL a person how he or she must vote."
