The cost of repatriating these illegals would be enormous.

My suggestion? Catapults and parachutes.

We mass thousands of powerful catapults along the Mexican border.

As the illegals are apprehended, we escourt them individually to a catapult, strap on a parachute on each one and BINGO!! We fire them up, up and away, up and over the Mexican border, and they pull the release strings on the downward tragetory which cushions the fall.


Then we bill Vicente Fox for the cost of each parachute he fails to return in operable condition.
