We need to make this a HARD collapse...Kerry is wobbling...ready to go down...I think NOW is the perfect time for every grassroots conservative group to nail Kerry with everything we have...blast the media with emails demanding they cover Kerry's flip-flops...send in lots of anti-Kerry opinions to your local papers, etc. If every Freeper spent 20 minutes doing these things, and maybe sent $5.00 each to a few worthy organizations like Americans for Tax Reform or The Club For Growth, we could sponsor some nice new anti-Kerry ads and absolutely erase his chances for victory this year. All it takes is a small amount of time and a very small amount of money from a large group of people like the Freepers! Oh, and don't forget about getting a filibuster proof majority in the Senate...This is CRUCIAL if we are to get a real conservative agenda passed in a 2nd Bush term. Donate to the National Republican Senatorial Committee. They do an AWESOME job spreading cash in the battleground states where we have the best chances of picking up democrat senate seats. They have done a great job in the past few elections, and we now have a chance to strike the deathblow to liberalism...really.

I disagree that we knock Kerry out now. There is still time for the dems to recover before the convention. As others have noted, it could turn into an open convention and draft Hitlery.
Bush will have spent enormous amounts of capital against this iferior candidate and would have to turn and face a new and stronger challenger while raising more money.
Better to keep Kerry wobbly but not down until after the convention. He has not shown that he as a "second wind" in him.

I disagree with your assessement that we should go into activisim mode at this moment to finish Kerry's chances.

Instead, we need to keep following the "give them the rope" tactic. They are their own worst enemy and are continually tightening the noose on themselves.

Bush hasn't fired a fraction of his arsenal yet.

Why? I think Kerry would be a great candidate. Easy to beat and would take leftists socialists with him.

I used to think that holding up attacks on Kerry until after their convention was best to prevent their pulling a Torricelli. But with all that is coming down the pike from the Boston Globe, I now think it's better to knock him off now and cause high anxiety among Dems who will go way over the top in their desperation, inciting them to nominate Hillary. This would be a good year to knock her off, and put "Paid" to her potential.
