I don't think I would have been too surprised if he had. He's one of these "holier than thou" types that figures that everyone else is part of the "great unwashed" and therefore unqualified to speak.

He was certainly vitriolic...you whupped him simply by maintaining yer cool, calm demeanor. Often I believe the Left thinks their arguments are more convincing if they yell or talk over the other folks. To the contrary, I believe it makes them look boorish and mis-educated.
