Re- North Korea explosion

"He said the 479 patients were spread over six hospitals in the disaster area, with their conditions changing rapidly"

Any idea if the patients are improving, or deteriorating?

I haven't found any new info. regarding the injuries in N. Korea....still looking. I am usually able to find more detailed info. in the Russian and Asian press.
