Major flareups with structure threat.

Descanso and Sky Hill (can't find this on my map),
units saying immediate structure threat, moving striketeams
to that area.

Also Sage and Powerline on the Eagle fire.

And on the Cerritos fire, south of Rolling Hills Rd.,
less serious flareup, but still concerning the units there.

also fire in Winterhaven, near Yuma Az, has shut down I-8.
