DALLAS -- Interstate 30 at Industrial, just south of downtown, is shut down.
A tanker truck (pictured left) carrying 6,000 gallons of fuel overturned, leaking fuel onto the road.
Hazmat crews rushed to the scene, and were working to contain the spill, NBC 5 News reported.
At least one person was sent to the hospital. The extent of the injury was not known as of 3 p.m.
Interstate 30 remained closed as of 3 p.m., according to police officials.

FORT WORTH, TexasMay 1 -- A tense situation unfolded Thursday night outside a Dallas hotel after a police raid.
Federal agents and Dallas police officers stormed the Quest Inn along Cherry Valley Blvd.
Police locked down the hotel, searched room to room for more than one hour and arrested two people.
Dallas police told NBC 5 that officers were at the raid in a support role only.
Agents did not comment on the raid or the investigation.
