Trying to emulate W with the jeans etc..
Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., center, is flanked by miners and members of the media as he tours the McElroy Mine, in Glen Easton, W. Va., Monday, April 26, 2004. The coal mine extends for miles underground and over a thousand feet deep. (AP Photo/Steven Senne)

Yuck, those jeans look awful. Shades of Al Gore and the airbrush!
No, I didn't wear Mr. M's marathon medals around my neck, but I had tied my flipflops together and wore them, when I wasn't slapping them together in time with our various chants. The fellow with the bullhorn would say, "When I say flip, you say flop. Flip! Flop!" and so on, and my favorite was, "When I say Scara, you say mouche. Scara! Mouche!" Then he'd go into an explanation of Kerry's yacht, the Scaramouche, and how that's a French swashbuckler and Americans like us prefer American things, so we'd start chanting, "USA! USA! USA!" It was hilarious.

check the picture in the mine again. His little jacket says "Senator Kerry". Can't see the jacket patch too clearly, but I think it is SpongeBob Squarepants. / :)

Color cordinated once again I see, bright blue belt accents, along with same blue glove accents to set of the retro look and update the faded Jeans. He missed though with the plain white coal miners hat, forgot the blue accents.

Kerry in the mine looks like he's musing:
"I'll have to tell Teresa about this...just the fine wine cellar possibility I've been looking for...yes, WE'LL have to buy it...
