The fundraising investigation involved the Clinton campaign's alleged acceptance of donations from operatives working for the People's Republic of China (PRC) as well as other foreign sources. But the Gorelick memo of 1995 prevented intelligence collected by U.S. agents overseas from being used in domestic criminal investigations
Just like WACO a cover-up

Why is this woman still on the comission? Why is she not on the receiving end of a full-scale investigation?

The firewall between foreign intelligence and domestic intelligence also affected the Oklahoma City incident. I can see it also affecting our Saudi relations and the flight of the Bin Laden family shortly after 9/11 without any FBI questioning.

Leitner went a step further. "What is disturbing is that that memo served to protect the administration from exposure in its dealings with the PRC and the unfortunate consequence may be the death of 3,000 Americans." It's getting more and more obvious that the major criminal conspiracy in America during this time period wasn't Al Qaeda plotting their nefarious deeds, but the Clinton's and their cronies looting, pillaging and selling irreplaceable American treasures to the highest bidders, and that 911 was only a side result of official Clinton government policy.
Ashcroft rolled back the curtain for a little peek hoping this conspiracy revelation would get some traction, but the 911 Ommission and the Fraudstream Media have chosen to ignore it almost completely and continue on thier merry ways.
It is disheartening to realize the Clinton's will probably get away with it once again, and Hillary and Bill are still peddling away on their road back to the White House for another eight years (or more?), with half the country cheering them on.

"there appears to be no evidence at this point that the Gorelick memo was written for that express purpose. " Why did she write it?
That's all I want to know.

But....it was only about sex (sarcasm). Clinton never did anything really wrong...I mean did campaign fund raising abuses lead to the Gorelick Wall memo which then lead to 9-11? Clinton et al should be tried and convicted of treason.

We must force their hand on this. We should all pester the h... out of our reps, until the pressure is so intense they drag Gorelick to the stand. This cannot be allowed to go unanswered.

The "Gorelick Rosetta Stone" -- topic of
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1120934/posts -- has now been picked up in Australia at
http://www.brookesnews.com -- its #2 headline for this week's edition, in fact.
It will be interesting to see what BrookesNews' Peter Zhang will have to say about this. He is their mole in China, and author of some truly timeless pieces on China's clandestine relationship to the U.S. during and after the Clinton years.

I'm getting sick of the absolute obviousness of Democrat lies and hypocrisy. We need Bumper Stickers NOW with:
"What if Democrats were judged by their own Standards?"
