I was thinking more of a subdued grey background. Kinda like a subdued Gadsen flag, black rattlesnake on a ghost grey background.

I don't expect quite all the personnel to be American in origin. And unit crests and regimentals from all sorts of previous units would be expected from those such American and otherwise.

But a *subdued* Gadsen flag?
