I can proudly say I have no idea. I'm sure that it exists, on some level, especially overseas, but I'm purely speculating.

I helped with a number of child porn Internet cases... yes, there is a commercial market centered around new or extreme material not already freely available in newsgroups.

Just two years ago there was an major case involving a Russian child porn company called Blue Orchid. Individuals in several countries who had bought the videos were also arrested, including many Americans.
