That's me! I was chanting "Babies, yes! Abortion no!" I wasn't expecting to see myself on Yahoo! News at all. I just went there to see what the coverage was like about all the protests we had today. I went to a park near the Vatican's embassy in DC where the so-called "Catholics for a Free Choice" group and their supporters were having their rally. At that point, the police were using their motorcycles to drive my group back away from the "pro-choice Catholics" rally near the Vatican embassy, since we had moved a bit closer to them. But after that, we just walked back to the sidewalk in front of the embassy so they couldn't get near us, since the police separated us when they got down our way. We had about the same number as they did in front of the embassy, about 50-75 on each side. After they had their little ceremony "in memory of the women who have died because of Vatican 'fundamentalism,'" most of them just left. It was a sight to see!

After they had their little ceremony "in memory of the women who have died because of Vatican 'fundamentalism,'"How about the women who've died because of so-called "safe" abortions? Or the babies they've killed?
Score one, by the way. Many congrats!

Heh. Imagine that. I live in New Orleans, where most people are Catholic. When you go up to ask them "Are you Christian?", they reply "No, I'm Catholic".
Go figure.

Gee.
(Thinking like pro-abortion news editor ...)
"Let's see.
I'll frame the (peaceful, though loud) pro-life demonstrator JUST as he is yelling (to make him look violent and threatening, since we ALL know they go around murdering doctors and blowing up clinics every day!) ...
... Then I'll frame him against a big motorcycle cop to show how the "friendly neighborhood government police" have to "protect" the nice, peaceful, unthreatening, safe and innocent pro-death (er, pro-choice) demonstrator have to be "protected" by our government's lawful police officers against these crazed, hate-filled right-wing radicals.

At least they can't say I'm an "angry middle-aged white male," because they only part of that phrase that is correct is the part about being male. ;-) Youth are the face of the pro-life movement!
