Yes he is.

As far as I am concernedm he ranks with kennedy and kerry.

It is my personal belief that hilary keeps his fbi file close at hand and uses it to tweak his balls with when the democrats need an ally.

In closing, on an earlier thread, 15 Senate Republicans demanded that gorelick resing from the "9-11 Commission" and give testimony.Everey Republican in the Senate should have joined the 15.

That is the problem that Fisk has in confronting the democrats and getting the Judicial nominees confirmed. He knows that in a head-to-head battle with the democrats he can only count on these 15 Republicans.

Don't even get me started on the spineless Republicans who are being controlled by their stolen FBI files. Like you, I view them as being on the same level as Kennedy, probably even lower.  At least Kennedy don't try to pretend he is guided in life by moral principles, integrity, and what's best for the country.

I've suggested more than once that someone should hire a private investigator and find out what Hatch, Lott, et al have in their FBI files that keeps them in line when Hillary snaps her fingers.  Once that is discovered and publicized, then Hillary loses her ammunition.

A serious problem is that neither of our two "Republican" senators from Tennessee, Frist and Alexander, signed this letter. About a week ago I telephoned Frist's office to request him to do all he could to get Gorelick to recuse herself. The staffer I spoke to said the Gorelick situation was disgraceful, but Frist couldn't do anything about it because the Senate didn't have jurisdiction over the Commission. That was so much of a cop-out, I knew Frist wasn't about to do anything.

I just wish we had one pubbie senator with the aggressive determination of Charlie Schumer(D, NY). That guy's a real pit bull who supports all the wrong causes. If he supported the right ones, he'd be great.
