My dentist is very anti-milk. He recommends broccoli and other calcium rich vegies. Great for my son who loves vegies but what about my daughter who won't eat them? And she is the one who really has to worry about her bones in the future.

I absolutely looove milk. It makes up one or sometimes two of my three meals in a day but my daughter hates it.

She's inherited my "bean pole" skinny gene which is suppose to make you more at risk for osteoporosis. I feed her calcium fortified vitamins and calcium fortified OJ and push cheese sticks and yogurt at her at an alarming rate.

Why is your dentist anti-milk? Becuz of the sugar in milk? I would think he would spend his time being anti-pop. It's acidic and full of simple sugar. Way worse for teeth.
