Agreed. Do not spend too much time wondering why Franken and Garafolo get to go on and peddle their spite. Rather, understand that Tillman sacrificed all his tomorrows so that Franken and Garafolo might live to believe as they choose to believe.

Remember Walter Pidgeon's line from The Bridges At Toko-Ri?

"Where do we get such men?"

Indeed, the final line from Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities is quite apt here:

"It is a far, far better thing that I do now than I have ever done. It is a far, far better rest to which I go than I have ever known."
