What the He** is teacher doing taking a student's photograph without permission, and, when asked about it, responded with disparaging remarks about the girl's appearance?

The student's outrage is perfectly understandable and appropriate, IMHO. Perhaps she should have remonstrated without profanity, but this is clearly an incident provoked by the teacher. And, then, telling boys to defenestrate the girl was over the top. That's assault and battery, and the boys and the teacher should do some serious jail time for it.

When I was substitute teaching years ago, an irate student picked up a desk and tossed it out a second-floor window.
I calmly looked out to make sure it hadn't hit anyone, then called the office and went on with the class. The city police arrived a few minutes later, handcuffed the miscreant and hauled him out of class. He couldn't believe he was actually being arrested but he had celebrated his eighteenth birthday just one day earlier and was now subject to the same treatment as (other) adult criminals.

How far did the girl fall? 5 feet? 50? 100?

Learning Center = A**hole kids being taught by A**hole teachers.

Evidence:

They have something called an "office assist" button.

The two boys later told principal Kenneth Daniels that they threw the girl out the window because they did not want to be written up for disobeying a teacher.

This statement, more than the teacher's meltdown, tells me there is something really wrong at the Sharp Learning Center in Newton County.

My wife is a school teacher.

She is my hero.

I am in awe of anyone who can spend day after day with the hateful little monsters and not throw 40% of them out a window over the course of a year.

But was this "defenestration" or "exfenestration"?

I'm really starting to feel sorry for my own country in this day and age.

Some things are not getting better.

It is not so bad dealing with the children but when you do something legal to their children and the parents come crying.

JERRY: What's with you?

KRAMER: He jumped.

JERRY: What?

KRAMER: Yeah. Newman jumped.

JERRY: Did he call you last night?

KRAMER: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

JERRY: What did you say?

KRAMER: I said " Wave to me when you pass my window."

JERRY: Whew. Did he wave?

KRAMER: No! He jumped from the second floor. Mr. Papanickolous saw him from

across the street. He's lying out there faking.

This is a public school right??

I'm not siding with the teacher ... but I get the feeling there's more to this story

These kids show no respect for authority, but when they push a teacher beyond the breaking point, their parents stand at the ready to sue the pants off the school and to destroy the career of the teacher.

And people wonder what has happened to our education system.

She was probably dressed like a slut, smelled like she just got out from a pig sty and spouted a mouth full of vile profanities.

I probably would have thrown her out myself if she didn't leave the classroom immediately.

As far as "privacy" - since when can't a person take a picture? The next thing LIBERALS will cry about is that someone actually looked disparigingly at someone else - and then called that HATE speech.,

THink at what you said, and then try to think back to what you would have said 20-30 years ago ... you now sound like a leftist radical.

This story just cries out for a limerick using defenestrate, but I've got to go to work now.

It does...and I don't:

There once was a teacher named Grayson.
She yearned for a disciplinary demonstration.
When a lass poorly clad,
Spake invectives so bad,
Grayson resonded with a defenestration.
