The Democrats made the assumption that because Kerry is a veteran and, as we're told, a hero, that he's insulated from being called a liberal. I'm glad the Bush team sees through this and is going for it.
I thought they where going to be too polite to use the "L" word. Not the new tone, don't you know, but I'm glad to see they have some 'nads. They'll need them against this bunch.
I do wonder if those ads were done badly on purpose to keep that "down home" tone or not, though.
