I would gage the 'over/under' on kerry's next flip-flop on this matter in terms of hours and not days. In fact, I'll say it shoud have come in less than 3 hours from the original utterance. He will say "I do now and always have supported a woman's right to choose as ennunciated in the Roe v. Wade decision"--In other words NOT a matter for the States.
Has it happened yet?
By the way, just imagine the firestorm we would be in right now if a judicial nominee said what kerry did. It would be characterized as a direct call for overturning Roe.
