If he got glue or something similar in his hair, an acetone-based fingernail polish remover might do the trick. However, it's going to be repelled by the peanutbutter, so you'll have to get that out first. (If you guys have fingernail polish remover, you ought not be tellin' it on here...lol!) Gasoline and WD-40 (mentioned earlier) are good solvents for a lot of things.

Stop buy any beauty shop on the way home and buy the really really expensive deep conditioner for dry hair.

Gasoline will chemically burn ANY FLESH... painful burns too. Acetone is much much worse.
