What a bunch of malarkey. It's not the schools, it's the *families* of the kids that send them to school unprepared, language-delayed, exposed to drugs in utero, victims of daycare since six weeks after birth, etc.

Napolitano was told some time ago that children get lost every time a reading program gets changed and she has done nothing to make education better in Arizona for anyone. It sucks to be a student and it sucks to be a teacher in AZ.

She doesn't even know what her own job is. Local school children can tell you that!
