LOL... Bob Woodward made a hit though. I'm amazed at how the useful idiots are scooping up his book just because it's a Bush hitpiece.

(John Kerry's been AWOL for two decades on issues of National Security!)

It's all about timing. Remember when Hil and Bill got together last Sept in Chappaqua to have a powwow with their operators? I'm sure Clarke, the 9/11 hearings, this book, and whatever Hillary said would happen in October are part of their long-term plan to get Hil elected in November. My money is still on the witch.
To: cyborg
Actually Woodward's book is 95% positive about the Bush Administration. This is all a plot to get Liberals to buy the book and read the rest of the story.
To: stubernx98
That's smart then... I'll have to flip through it. It's definately NOT the Clarke book though.

I would not be surprised if Ole Crusty ran. After all, why did she come here (to NY)? Hillary is very calculating.

I have been thinking the same thing, especially with Wolf Blitzer interviewing John O'Neill on CNN. I just can't imagine that the Democrats are seriously proposing to run John Kerry as their candidate.

FANTASTIC!!
To: EggsAckley
I will probably flip through the book, too.
Are you saying you think the DNC will not nominate Kerry?
Billary might be Kerry's choice as a running mate, but wouldn't the Darksiders/Dems really raise a red flag if they don't have Kerry run?
When LBJ pulled out of the '68 election, he practically handed the WhiteHouse to Nixon.

Wow I didn't know all that.

What was the John O'Neill interview about??
To: The Westerner
John O'Neill was the Naval officer who challenged John Kerry to a televised debate back in the early seventies, regarding his statements that all Vietnam veterans had committed war crimes. The debate was televised on the Dick Cavett show. C-Span replayed the the debate twice, about a month ago. Now O'Neill is going on tv telling how John Kerry lied and stating that he is not qualified to be the Commander in Chief. John O'Neil is a wonderful, hard hitting spokesperson and was really impressive even in his early twenties when he first confronted Kerry. O'Neil was a member of the debate team at the Naval academy (so I'm told)and the training really showed. He's now a successful lawyer in Houston.

Colon Powell mouthed off to Woodward because he opposed the war in Iraq but doesn't have the principles or
b@lls to quit over it.
He was afraid Dubya's success there would make him look like an idiot for recommending against going to Baghdad in Desert Storm.
He was right.
