In order to get an annulment from the Catholic Church you have to go before a tribunal and state your case and THEY are the ones that make the decision. If Kerry did this and they agreed then he did get one. We need to know if he did this.

Personally I've wanted to keep away from the religious aspect of Kerry's issues, as does O'Neill.
Having said that, I recently read that he's definitely put out the idea he has received an annulment, however a couple newspaper articles from 2003 noted he refused to confirm it.
I do think if he's made the issue public and given out an impression that something is so when it is not, that is fair game.

I was brought up Catholic, and although I'd like to believe that money didn't play a part in Kerry's being able to get his annulment, I'm not that naieve to believe that he wasn't able to buy his way through the church. Money talks.
