OK. Does this mean that A CHRISTIAN church can use loudspeakers 5 times a day to sing "Come on down and worship Jesus, praise the lord!, Come on down right now and pray with us, sing with us and study with us. Jesus is Lord!" does it??

That is specifically what they should do. That way this will end up in court. To me, listening to the wailing from the mosque would be like having my smoke alarm go off 5X per day for "less than two minutes" a shot. This is nothing about calling people to prayer - it's the equivalent of sticking a middle finger in the face of the infidels.

If you've ever traveled to a place where this is practiced, you know that it is obnoxious beyond words.

I would time the competition for immediately after the screeching - whether it was church bells, preaching, the Israeli anthem, rap music, rude noises, or whistle and boom of bombs.
