I just checked msnbc. com.
The Kerry campaign has released photocopies of the official certificate one receives for the Silver and Bronze-as if that serves as documentation.
The one some people frame and keep in their office.
Talk about insulting one's intelligence..
Can the Kerry campaign be that far gone, that they think showing the boilerplate document is a sufficient answer to all the doubts about Kerry's service ??
